Hike Calendar Coordinator
The role of the Hike Calendar Coordinator will include the following:
* Prepare and complete hike leader sign-up sheets (calendars) for each quarter and staple calendars into designated folders for each hiking group. Place the folders in the trail’s club cabinet for use by the Captains.
* Notify Quarterly Captains (found in the front of the Directory) when sign-up sheets/folders are ready for their use. Have the folders ready at least one month before the quarter in order for the Captains to prepare for the first month of their quarter.
* E-mail instructions, each new quarter, to the new Captains on “How do I sign up for a hike?”
* Receive group lists from each of the Captains by email, OR pick up leader sign-up sheets from the cabinet if necessary, on the 23rd of each month. Enter Group designation, Name of leader, and Destination identified for each hike onto the trail’s club website on the next month’s calendar.
