Technology Coordinator
The role of the Technology Coordinator will include the following:
· Manage internet communications including:
Maintenance of a current e-mail list; sending of e-mail updates and club information; post all up dates as requested by the President or designee.
· Receive and post on the club web site information from the Board and approved information from club members regarding Trails Club business or activities.
· Coordinate, organize and position materials on the club web site. Documents and photos are e-mailed to the Technology Coordinator for posting.
· Update calendar based on information submitted by hike leaders.
· Check web site monthly to insure that all information is up to date. Out dated information will be removed at the discretion of the coordinator.
· Post new photos quarterly. Photos e-mailed to coordinator should be identified with date and location and names of persons in photo.
· E-mail information to club members for individual hiking groups as submitted by hiking leaders.
· Coordinate with Registrar to obtain updated membership information.
· Assist members without computer access with the typing, formatting, scanning and other technical issues needed to post information for club members.
