• Old Business:

• • Discussion of revising President, Vice President, Treasurer and Ex-officio terms to two years.
  • • Motion to approve/disapprove and add to bylaw proposal.
  • Discussion of resetting Board calendar to every 3 months instead of every two - (Jan,April,July,Oct) or (Jan, April,Sept,Dec)
  • • Motion to approve/disapprove one or the other of these changes. Interim decisions to be made by email votes from the Board.
    • Motion to approve and add to bylaw proposals/changes as presented at the May meeting and including the above approved changes.
